About the Job

In this position as a Claims Executive, you will be expected to act as the main point of contact between the client and the insurer. You will ensure that all claims are administered in line with the expected standards, regulatory requirements and that an excellent service level is maintained.

Your day to day duties also includes dealing with queries, providing feedback and responding appropriately to clients. The ideal incumbent is expected to conduct reviews and prepare correspondence regarding notifications and claims to ensure that products and cover best meet the client's risk requirements, business objectives and compliance requirements.

skills and experience required

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in reinsurance or broker - ideally with International Property/Casualty lines
• Strong understanding on general principles of Insurance and Reinsurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a Team
• Resilient and calm when working under pressure
