RFP SPECIALIST - LEADING ASSET MANAGEMENT BUSINESS

BASED LONDON (remote working initially in line with government guidance)

£70k-80k+BONUS,BENS

Our client a leading, well established asset management business is looking to hire an RFP specialist into the team. The RFP team is a busy and highly successful team within the global Marketing function. You will need solid RFP experience gained in the Asset Management space, to include experience in Fixed Income. Experience in other asset classes such as multi-asset, equities etc will also be beneficial

Acting as the RFP Team subject matter expert, you will take responsibility for producing high-quality

requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires

(DDQs), as well as consultant database entries for prospective clients and consultants. You will treat

each RFP as a project with you as the project manager

You will be responsible for managing the established RFP process and support the maintenance of existing and new content on the RFP database. You will also play a lead role in supporting initiatives and projects of the broader marketing team such as implementing MIFID II and organisational changes.

Experience required

• Solid current/recent experience in an RFP writer role or proven track record in writing RFPs from an Institutional Investment Management background is essential
• Experience in the Fixed Income space is essential-good technical understanding is required
• Experience in other asset classes such as multi-asset, equities etc would be an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills as you will eb a key interface with the business and investment teams
• Strong writing skills
