I am are currently working with a Global Investment Banking / Advisory firm focused on M&A, Debt, Capital markets and financial restructuring of transactions.

As a team they have advised on over 300 transactions worth over €30 million in the last few years.

They have a strong track record over the 20 years they have been active. Working with Public and Private Corporations, Entrepreneurs and Private Equity firms.

The role is primarily focused on M&A advisory services. Looking into; Sell-side, buy-side, acquisition financing and growth financing.

They are currently looking for a Senior Vice President or Director to join their team in Zurich. This would be someone who has numerous years experience with M&A activities from an Investment Banking background and would be able to come into the role and "hit the ground running".

Requirements:

• Strong working experience in M&A / Investment Banking across industries such as TMT, Healthcare, Industrial, Consumer Goods and similar
• Strong financial experience – Financial Modelling
• Strong network within the DACH region
• Experience assisting Associates and Analysts in their development
• Fluent in German (Required)
