Challenging tasks await you

• You actively support national and international M&A transactions (sell-side and buy-side) as well as further corporate finance projects throughout the entire process
• You will prepare process documents (IM, teasers, etc.), financial models, conduct valuations as well as market, company and competition analyses
• Furthermore, you will participate in identification of new business oppor­tunities and acquisition of new projects (preparation of marketing and pitch presentations, financial analyses, screening of sectors and investors)
• In the context of ongoing projects, you will be in direct interaction with our customers and the corresponding decision makers
• You integrate our interns into your work and thereby gain first leadership experience

What makes you stand out

• You have completed a relevant degree in economics or business administration with excellent results and bring along first practical expe­rience in a consulting firm or invest­ment bank with a focus on M&A / Corporate Finance 
• You have strong analytical skills and a quick understanding of the complex issues at hand
• Your working attitude is characterized by the highest quality and result orientation, independence and team spirit
• You can adapt quickly to new and changing requirements in projects and are eager to learn
• You are passionate about M&A and ready to go the extra mile for your projects
