Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Credit Structuring/ Solutions Manager

• Handle all Credit Structuring matters including due diligence
• Ensure that Credit Risk is managed within appropriate Risk limits
• Supporting Front Office to educate, prepare and restructure credit cases
• Improve revenue generation through interest and fee income
• Prepare/structure new credits and incidental documents and follow through till approval stage
• Educating Relationship Managers on credit products and ensure compliance with regulations
• Drive business strategy through Credit Structuring to ensure long term business performance
• Any other ad-hoc credit-related work

Requirements of the Credit Structuring/ Solutions Manager :

• At least 3 years of experience in Credit Structuring and Solution or a related field
• Experienced in analysing financials in relation to Credit Risk
• Good understanding of Credit Risk
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial analysis
• Ability to work independently and collectively as part of a team
• Strong technical skills and a strategic mindset and business acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management and keen eye for detail
