Support the front office in complex/ non-standard credit transactions.
Structuring, writing, and presenting complex credit proposals to internal stakeholders for approvals.
Development of new and updating existing lending products.

Structure, write and present credit proposals (new, modifications, and annual reviews where applicable) to internal stakeholders for approvals.
Meet clients with front office, if required, to better understand client needs and improve quality of transaction structure being proposed
Use credit as an enabler to attract AUM and trading income
Work with OCBC to structure appropriate financing solutions for clients leveraging on the strong balance sheet of OCBC
Conduct review of the existing complex/ non-standard accounts .
In partnership with risk, operations and front office, implement the mandate for LPCS
Conduct trainings for front office to update latest lending product offering and solution when necessary
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency
Help drive LPCS strategic initiatives in GCNA.
5- 8 years of experience in credit structuring or lending in private banking or corporate banking. Experience in corporate credit is preferred.
Bachelor Degree in legal, accounting or finance is preferrable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluency in English and Chinese will be an advantage.
