Responsibilities

• Structure and develop equity related structure products including Equity linked note, SPV Note and Equity derivatives
• Structure and execute cross-border financial solutions  
• Manage pricing and hedging solutions for structured products (including repo, TRS, IRS and FX forward)
• Work with internal and external legal to draft and review legal documents  for structured products
• Work with Sales and clients to develop and implement tailor-made structure solutions
• Develop new products by identifying relative value, market trend and new business opportunities

Requirements

• Quantitative bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record 
• Solid experiences on Equity related structure products and derivatives, and cross-border structure solutions 
• Hands-on experiences on the legal documentations for structured products (including ISDA, GMRA and GMSLA)
• Good understanding of onshore/offshore policies and regulations   
• Attention to detail  
• Superior work ethic and high levels of motivation 
• Excellent technical and analytical skills and the ability to articular complex concepts    
• Ability to multi-task & be prepared for a fast-paced dynamic environment  
• A keen interest in learning about and following financial markets 
• An entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude in the approach to the job
