Key responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients of hedge fund portfolios to provide trade operations services to them
• Process trade confirmation, trade settlement, reconciliation of trades, cash and positions
• Monitor and identify trade discrepancies and resolve the issues
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as custodian banks, prime brokers and accounting to ensure a smooth process of trade operations for clients
• Provide asset servicing such as corporate actions, coupon payments etc
• Ensure good internal control and procedures in accordance to global operations standards
• Assist in projects when necessary

Requirements

• At least 4 to 7 years of trade operations/middle office experience with good financial products knowledge such as, equities, fixed income, derivatives, options etc
• Good knowledge in whole trade cycle
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance or other discipline
• Exposure to fund industry such as hedge fund is an advantage
• Iniative, resourceful, detailed-minded
• Strong communication skills, proactive, effective problem-solving skills
