Responsibilities:

• Responsible for forecasting and analysis of business performance
• Perform analysis of business to provide insight for decision making support and subsequently management reporting
• Support local country CFOs to develop plans and forecasts and review with key business leaders
• Participate in the FP&A processes integration project across Asia
• Deliver the financial forecast and planning process working closely with the business setting guidance and framework for process
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting financial results to the business
• Manage the agreed scope of FP&A services with the business balancing customer demand
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis to support business decision making
• Assess and continuously improve the overall performance of FP&A processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the local country business and regional FP&A

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with 10+ years of experience in accounting or Audit
• CPA or other equivalent qualification is a Must
• Sound knowledge of IFRS
• Solid experience in using Hyperion is a must
• Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
