This team is a cross functional (commercial, operational and digital), agile capability group that will help the firm generate revenue from broader deal value creation opportunities

They are seeking an experience deal strategy and value creation practitioner, with a deep spike in any of commercial, operations or digital value creation to play a key role in building this team by leading both the i) internal capability build-out as well as ii) leading day-today delivery of projects and setting up post-deal opportunities for other areas of the firm to deliver.

Requirements:

• Strategy Consulting experience (doesn't have to be BIG 4 or strat house) mid tier firms will also be considered
• Experience or exposure to the deal lifecycle and understands how synergies need to be identified and value needs to be created in a pre deal scenario
• Structure and methodical thinking; part of the interview process will be a case study and candidates are expected to demonstrate how they approach situations with limited information/ambiguity
