My client is a reputable investment bank who is actively looking for talented Java developers to join their Electronic Trading team in Hong Kong. The projects focuses on building  a new scalable platform for data and monitoring across our client's connectivity space. This role is responsible to perform direct development related activities and be part of the global team to work together to arrive at architectural decisions in solving challenging problems, transforming business needs to technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Programming using Linux/Unix environment is essential.
• 5-8 years hands-on experience with Core Java using data structures, algorithms 
• Development experience to build-out high performance, high availability, high throughput, low latency 
• Experience with scripting using Python, Shell or Perl 
• Must be someone who has the confidence to challenge the status quo, take initiatives to solve problems
