The firm is a leading name in insurance M&A, and they are continuing their strong year in 2020 by adding a high-calibre M&A Associate to the team. The role will focus on executing the firm's acqusitions with a focus on insurance, and as such, the firm is looking for a candidate with some of the following attributes:

• Excellent prior Financial Services and Insurance-sector experience – within a Consultancy (deal advisory or DD experience valuable), Group M&A/Corporate Development team or Corporate Finance/M&A Advisory
• Strong desire to develop high-level valuation/modelling capabilities
• Ability to work well within a team, as well as comfortable taking on siginifcant responsibility on a deal-by-deal basis
