Our client is one of the leading UK pension funds who are looking to hire a private markets funds analyst to work in mainly in the Income Generating Assets portfolio, whilst supporting the Alternatives and Property Portfolios.

The focus of this role will be working with the senior fund managers on origination, deployment and management of fund investments. The role has been created due to significant capital flows into the fund which will need to be deployed over the next few years.

• Assist with the underwriting, managing and monitoring of fund investments and the preparation of investment committee and portfolio reports appropriate to the portfolio transactions.
• You will research new investment ideas and concepts through market information which will support the investment decision making process.
• Investment due diligence and monitoring across private investments in Real Assets, Private Credit & Private Equity.
• Analysis of financial models to support investment underwriting and analysis of specific portfolios to determine future cash flow for the fund's assets.

This will be an exciting opportunity to be involved from the start in a fast-pace environment with lots of interesting allocations across asset classes. You should have experience working in a similar role with exposure to fund underwriting as well as strong analytical and quantitative skills.
