Roles and Responsibilities:

· Manage a portfolio 40 - 50 trading representatives;
· Executing force selling orders, monitoring & collection of contra losses & clients' outstanding purchase contracts;
· Monitor and control clients' and traders' trading limits;
· Suspension of clients' & traders' trading limits on overdue contra losses;
· Checking and reviewing of daily reports;
· M onitoring of clients' purchases on restricted counters / designated stock and follow up according to the credit policy;
· Monthly review on traders' limit and annual review on clients' trading limit;
· To recommend monthly retention of traders' commission in view of clients' ageing contra losses;
· Ensure strict compliance of company's credit policies;
· To process credit limit applications, analyse client's profile to recommend for increase trading limits;
· Adhoc requests made by trading representatives for increases in clients' limits at trading platforms;
    Participate in launching & implementing new CFD business initiatives as well as equities trading related initiatives Adhoc functions/development projects assigned by HOD.

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • Possess good analytical skills and able to work effectively, prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to multi-task and is resourceful able to carry out duty as per instruction and policy.
  • Meticulous and takes initiative, drive, ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Dynamic in nature with good communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Good understanding of internal controls and with good interpersonal skill
