We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a NextGen Partnerships Manager - HSBC Insurance.
Supporting business development, working with local partners and internal stakeholders including product, distribution, operations to implement sales and revenue growth plans and ensure delivery of AOP targets
Sharing best practices from across the region and globally
Relationship management, day-to-day management of partners on a regional basis. Participate in the appropriate Country Steering Committees and Regional Steering Committees.
Supporting the execution of Insurance Partnership Strategy and Target Operating Model
Continually seeking best practices in bancassurance and work with local teams to implement
Supporting local partnership teams throughout the business and resource planning process including on-boarding of new partners
Performing regular analysis of partnership business performance, identifying potential areas of improvement and working with local markets to drive business growth
Supporting Group Insurance Partnership team and local marketing during Annual Operational Planning session
Strong engagement across a wide variety of business stakeholders to be able to influence at the various points in the customer experience
Maintaining a high level of momentum for change whilst ensuring a commonality of solutions and standardisation of product and process, in conjunction with stakeholders
Working with various departments to recommend and achieve buy-in for delivery of new initiative
Developing close working relationship with Insurance Partnership on a day-to-day basis
Ensuring clear and efficient communication between HSBC and third parties and alignment of objectives
Supporting the development and delivery of agreed objectives with partners
Support the oversight of Third Party risk, and manage any reputational risk issues associated with marketing and sales, in conjunction with regional and country risk and compliance functions.
University degree in relevant discipline.
Sound knowledge of insurance business, distribution channels, product development cycle andprocesses.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, and ability to influence peers.
Results-focused; strong orientation to business development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge about Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
