Description

• Support the IPO and bond issuance process by coordinating with the ECM/DCM and IBD team
• Ensure operational guidelines and internal risk and control standards are met
• Handling of HKEX/HKSCC listing documentations
• Review of agreements and provide commentary of deals
• Undertake any projects or process improvement initiatives

Profile

• Bachelors degree or above in a relevant discipline
• Previous experience in an investment banking middle office/operations role
• Good understanding on IPO/listing processes and operations
• Strong communication in English, Cantonese and a Mandarin
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
