The delivery lead role will be leading the initiative to build a new Global intranet on top of SharePoint Online using a 3rd party digital workplace product. The project will involve building multiple connectors between the 3rd party product and other internal and 3rd party supplied applications. The minimal requirements would be:

• Must have worked as Scrum master in the past and be certified in Scrum
• Must have delivered projects involving delivering employee facing applications at large organisations. They will need to be able to grasp the scale of the bank
• Must have experience delivering applications in the Cloud
• Should have a working understanding of Sharepoint, Networking and M365 (office 365)
• Should have experience leading a multi-geography team
• Should have worked in finance before
• Could have: experience in both waterfall and Agile projects
