Key Responsibilities: Market the firm's advisory services (fundamental research, strategy, economics) along with capital market transactions (initial public offerings, follow-on offerings). The salesperson will have active client coverage responsibilities across a number of key relationships, with the aim of driving superior service / client experience, growth in revenue and profitability.
Prior Institutional Sales experience
Experience working at a top investment bank (trading desk, sales, banking)
Strong understanding of stock market dynamics (fundamentals, valuation, etc)
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
A strong team player, willing to work across product or geographic lines
Ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to explore new skills to enhance cross-selling effectiveness
Ability to build effective external and internal networks
A least 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry in a similar role
