We Offer
Credit Suisse is looking for a Platform Manager to help drive delivery and execute strategy in the Products Platform team in APAC. Partner closely with various partners across the bank to shape and prioritize business demands, and design ground breaking systems and processes for Credit Suisse's target operating model for Suitability. Responsible for the end-to-end implementation and the successful delivery of these scalable solutions, which will propel the Private Bank to the next level in service and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with key business partners to transform existing platform offerings in accordance with regulatory requirements across products, and implement the required controls to ensure compliance
  • Communicate and coordinate with engineering teams to enhance current Suitability offerings, and manage the planned expansion of these offerings to Japan and Australia
  • Develop subject matter expertise on the overall Suitability framework and understand the impact that any new circulars from the HKMA and SFC will have on business processes and existing platform capabilities
  • Seek to manage projects from inception to completion and facilitate agile best- practices to ensure timely and successful deliveries



You Offer

A university degree, preferably in finance, science, math, engineering or an equivalent field 3 - 8 years of relevant product, risk or compliance experience, preferably within investment/private banking or wealth management Understanding of the Hong Kong regulatory landscape in relation to Investment Suitability Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across different levels of the organization Ability to work as part of a team, as well as be proactive and exercise independent judgement in a high-paced, dynamic environment Proficient in investment products or securities and experience with Agile methodologies and standards preferred Solid analytical and problem solving skills coupled with experience in technology development and change management
