Responsibilities:

• Act as ESG Champion alongside the Head of Credit and within the wider credit team, supporting the successful portfolio management of credit risk within the business, with a specific focus on ESG.
• Introduce modeling techniques for incorporating ESG in to the firms credit methodology.
• Provide day-to-day support and preparation of materials for consideration by the Credit and Investment Committee(s).
• Develop tools, gain access to research sources and develop relationships with external agencies including the regulator, research analysts, rating agencies and issuers to better understanding how ESG can be incorporated into the company's portfolio.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate, holding a degree in a numerical discipline.
• 4+ years rating agencies/asset management/vendor experience.
• Strong ESG experience and incorporation of ESG modelling techniques in credit analysis.
• Great attention to detail and self-confidence to provide challenge of existing processes.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize workload appropriately.
• Ability to focus in an open environment, working independently.
• Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department/team projects.

Salary of £60,000 - £90,000 plus very competitive benefits
