Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Director Private Banking Credit Approver:

• Approve/Review banking credit products
• Contribute credit comments and recommendations for non-standard credit applications and request to higher authority while not compromising credit standards and regulatory compliance
• Review credit guidelines and new credit product approvals with relevant stakeholders Work with Credit team to ensure credit structure are within policies and guidelines
• Work with stakeholders to facilitate and evaluate approval process
• Assign and conduct reviews on advance ratios for marketable securities within relevant guidelines and policies

Requirements of the Director Private Banking Credit Approver:

• At least 9+ years of experience in banking credit experience or a related field
• Credit evaluator/ Credit Approver in Private Banking background is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in a tight timeline to ensure deliverables
• Strong technical skills and a strategic mindset and business acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management, and a keen eye for detail
• Any ad hoc projects in the Credit approving scope as required
