The responsibilities include the following:

• Maintenance and enhancement of the UFT Automated Test Robot based on the keyword files for AZQore software (S2i, eBanking, etc.)
• Maintenance and enhancement of the customisation in ALM
• ALM Project & user management
• Assistance & training of the Testing Factory in day to day usage of ALM & the Automated Test Robot
• Management of servers supporting testing tools (patch & new version: validation & installation, deployment, licence management)
• Creation and maintenance of miscellaneous utility tools needed by Testing Factory

This job is not always a full time job, the ATE can also execute manual and automated tests, depending on the Testing Factory workload as follow:

• Manual and automated test case preparation, maintenance, execution & reporting
• Working with local and remote teams (Singapore, Lausanne, etc.)

The ATE reports to the Test Manager and works in liaison with cross functional teams in IDS including Developers, PMs, BAs and other stakeholders

1.RSPONSIBILITIES

• Automated Test Robot management
  • Work within the Testing Factory to propose, design and implement enhancements (new keywords, new application, etc.)
  • Assist and train the Testing Factory in day to day utilization
• ALM management
  • Work within the Testing Factory to design and implement enhancements (new fields, new automated features, security, etc.)
  • Design and implement new reportings (Project report, Excel Repor, etc.t)
  • Design and implement changes in ALM customisation
  • Manage ALM users
  • Manage ALM Projects
• ALM – JIRA Synchronisation management
  • Monitore the Synchronisation process and fix day to day issues
  • Design & setup new synchronization link
• Software & Server management
  • Receive notifications from Microfocus,
  • Validate and deploy patches or new versions of the tools
  • Manage licences
  • Manage server issues
  • Manage contact with MicroFocus support
  • Propose Software enhancements, to improve Testing Factory global efficiency

1. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Strong knowledge on MicroFocus UFT and ALM
• Strong knowledge of designing and creating test automation framework using UFT and ALM.
• Strong knowledge in VB scripting.
• Knowlededge in other test automation tools for API, mobile and ebanking is a plus
• People skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills
• Effective communication and test reporting skills
• Testing certifications (ISTQB) is a plus
