Responsibilities

• ​Responsible for the preparation and filling of the Hong Kong Profit tax returns and computation for the Bank and its Subsidiaries
• Manage and prepare the transfer pricing compliance and filing
• Prepare the head office reporting and financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards (IFRS16, properties and tax related areas)
• Coordinate with different departments in preparation of subsidiaries' audited account and regulated submission
• Liaise with external, internal auditors for audit process and coordinate with tax advisor
• Provide analysis and advice on new requirements and access the impact on financial reporting
• Participate in payment automation project and drive process streamlining
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• ​Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking industry
• Strong knowledge with hands on experience in financial reporting
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
