Our client is a reputable financial services firm that is striving to drive an AGILE working environments based in Hong Kong. Due to their digital initiatives and the increase in application development, they are now seeking a Project Manager to join their IT Digital Team covering all digital and system initiatives from web platforms, portals, mobile applications, chatbots, faster payment systems, cloud and more. Be a member of a regional IT team and work on large-scale, customer-facing product development.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects end to end in planning, resourcing, estimation and timelines, risk mitigation and delivery
  • Manage stakeholders, users, and vendors on a regional scale to ensure alignment
  • Work closely with Tech Lead and technical Scrum team on feasibility and delivery
  • Face off business users for requirement analysis
  • Work in a mature Agile environment
Requirements:
  • 10 years overall experience, min. 3 years in a Project Management role
  • Proven experience in project planning, resourcing, estimation and timelines, risk mitigation and delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and proactiveness to resolve issues
  • Experience managing IT related projects in a large scale MNC environment
  • Experience driving Agile framework and practices
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese is a must, fluent in Mandarin
