Head of Futures Trading Technology (Remote)

Boutique trading firm in the equity, crypto and futures space with traders located globally are looking for a Senior Technologist/Head of Futures Technology to help them build out their high frequency futures trading platform - They are looking for a hands on Technologist who can maybe manage a small team or be a technical leader.

This person will take a lead role in building a new trading platform

The platform will support several classes of Low Latency and Ultra Low Latency strategies in equities, futures, and crypto. It will be built in Linux/C++ with FPGA integrations (Verilog for FPGA programming is not required, but experience implementing FPGA driven platform is desirable), leveraging components from existing C++ platform, as necessary.

The candidate is expected to have full stack experience of building ULL trading systems, strong Linux/C++, some python. Experience with US equities and futures market structure is desirable. Experience working on core platform dev, and/or as a quant developer is a must.
