Exciting for role for Senior Data Engineer in a large global bank. Playing senior role in the team you will work across enterprise data warehouse / Data Lake ensuring best practise. Responsibilities will include:

• Design and Developing engineering patterns, frameworks and best practices
• Developing and maintaining enterprise Big Data and Data warehouse / Data Lake Work across data pipelines and data warehouse ETL jobs
• Ensuring data quality and data management
• Carrying out data mapping Development using Python as well as some big data tools such as Hives or Python
• Carrying ouyt Data ingestion, data cleansing

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working as a Data Engineer in medium to large sized organisation
• Experience working with data engineering frameworks and best practice for metadata-driven engineering for data pipelines and Data warehouse
• Experience working with data pipelines, data cleansing
• Strong skills with SQL Experience in Python or big data
• Strong analytical skills in data topics
• Strong ETL and data modelling skills are a must
• Experience working within Agile environment nice to have
