Key Requirements:

• Work with Product Owners and Tech teams to ensure right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level.
• Thoroughly understand regulation needs, write user stories for implementation
• Engage stakeholders 
• Translate business needs (through models, diagrams, presentations etc) to comprehensible business requirements
• Communicate across the team on project scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
• Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training, writing & conducting UAT test cases
• Identify risks / issues that may arise

Key Responsibilities:

• 8 + years experience, with the most recent (and core) experience in Regulatory Projects within the Banking sphere in APAC
• Exceptional knowledge of Agile processes (SAFe, Scrum, etc) certifications preferred, otherwise proven track record of successful delivery within Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English
• Prior experience of MAS regulations is a strong plus
• Due to the current pandemic, the preference is for candidates who will not require a visa sponsor (Singaporeans / PRs)
