The Role Responsibilities
Facilitate the booking and ongoing management of the offshore originated deals in accordance with the R&R
Ensure compliance with Group Policies and Procedures, including and not limited to legal and regulatory requirements; operations and laws pertaining to AML and CDD (at the inception of the deal and subsequent management from the deal booking)
Liaise with stakeholders of OBL Singapore and abroad, who are involved in the end-to-end OBL onboarding process, and subsequent management from the deal booking
Be a point of contact and support for the OU RMs, Product teams, Operations, Credit and other stakeholders
Manage risk and governance, liquidity allocation and the OBL Singapore balance sheet
Review and update standard operating procedures related to the OBL Singapore
Prepare monthly statistics and reports relating to deals / transactions booked in OBL Singapore
Execute and managing business plans and projects

Our Ideal Candidate
Candidates with a background in business, economics or accountancy and with at least 2-3 years' experience in corporate banking frontline / product operations would be ideal for this role. Knowledge of corporate banking product, ability to understand various deal structures and experience in operations for managing such deals and managing various stakeholders will be a plus for the role
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products
