The Role Responsibilities
This role supports the Global Head of CCIB Marketing in all aspects of strategy development, planning, operations, finance, governance and processes to ensure we optimise ways the CCIB marketing team operate, perform and report.
You will lead business projects on behalf of the Global Head of CCIB Marketing and assist in developing the CCIB Marketing strategy and associated plans.
You will implement, track and report on marketing performance vs the planned target rates and develop tools which will track financial performance and monitor budgets. This includes close partnership with appointed vendors to ensure visibility and transparency of campaign budgets.
Through process improvements, the ideal candidate will take the lead in driving continuous efforts to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and the projects we run, whilst overseeing the adoption of Bank policies, guidelines and governance. This will include:
Coordinate key meetings and monitor follow up actions
Create and deliver reports and presentations
Review materials submitted and ensure consistent approach
Identify and implement best practices in resources and processes, ensuring consistency and relevancy
Be a key contact for direct reports of the Global Head, CCIB Marketing for matters that require support
Interact with agencies and marketing services partners on scope of work and contracts
People and Talent
You will assist the Global Head, CCIB Marketing in talent management and talent development initiatives and opportunities.
Work with the CABM COO Office to ensure that the risk and control environment is aligned and well managed.
You will ensure robust control standards, operational risk management and assurance processes are in place and aligned to global standards.
Responsible for ensuring that the Global Head, CCIB Marketing is across key risk and governance issues and manage follow up actions for governance forums and assist with the preparation of papers and submissions where applicable.
