Job Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage a team in processing listing applications of structured products and regulating Listing Rules compliance, including reviewing listing documents, carrying out pro-active monitoring of structured products issuers' and liquidity providers' compliance with rules and guidelines and monitoring unusual trades in relation to the structured products market
  • To conduct research of regulatory and structured product development in overseas jurisdictions and trading data analysis to support management in the decision making process
  • To assist in policy and product development in the structured products regime and ad hoc projects including market consultation
  • To take an active role in initiating and implementing operational improvement; and liaising with other departments and service vendors on user requirements and system testing
Job Requirements:
  • University Degree, preferably in Financial Mathematics, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' relevant experience of which at least 2 years at a management/supervisory level with in-depth experience in structured / derivative products business of well-established financial organizations
  • Good market and product knowledge, in particular pricing and trading of listed and unlisted derivative products both locally and overseas
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of market operations, regulations and risk management of the structured products industry and its practices
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and possess good data analysis and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Exchange's Listing Rules/trading system is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
