Role Title: Fund Finance - Assistant Manager || Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 FTC

A lot of roles I work on within Fund Finance are solely focused on the fund accounting side and don't give much exposure to the commercial side or have interaction with the Fund Managers. This role covers both the commercial and the reporting side as well as all other finance aspects of the funds you will look after.

The role is within a Real Estate Investment Manager where you will have responsibility for fund structuring, due diligence, business cases for new investments, tax and modelling of cash flows as well as the financial and investor reporting for the funds.

Ideally they are looking for somebody who can start within a month's notice; Real Estate Fund sector experience is required but you can either come straight from Practice or from a similar role in industry.
