Provide legal support to equity derivatives sales and structuring teams and structured products teams
Prepare, negotiate and execute a variety of agreements related to structured products, including ISDA confirmations, licensing agreements, NDAs, pricing agreements
Advise on product related disclosure issues
Advise business partners in the business teams on regulatory and other general legal matters relating to structured products, including, but not limited to, 33 Act issues.
Collaborate with global structured products and equity derivatives teams on cross-border transactions and issues
Facilitate and manage the development of new products and new platforms
Build approach of getting-it-right-first-time and encourage a behavior of improvement.

Equivalent experience of at least 4-8 years with capital markets or equity derivatives experience in a law firm and/or in a broker-dealer.
Law degree from an accredited law school in the United States
Member in good standing of the New York Bar
Knowledge of the 33 Act is required!
Proven understanding of Title VII of the Dodd Frank Act regulations and Investment Advisers Act preferred!
Knowledgeable about equity derivative products and ISDA documentation
Phenomenal teammate with an eye for detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
