Your new company

This Chinese Bank is has growing presence in Hong Kong. Due to its investment and growth in the region, its office in Hong Kong has a current need for an experienced GM of Corporate Banking to plan and grow corporate banking business.

Your new role

As the GM Corporate Banking, you will be responsible for developing new relationships and achieve profit target. You will also ensure commitment to strong credit culture and to identify credit problems as they arise. You will also be coaching and developing less experienced Relationship Managers within the team.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant for this position will require at least 18 years of Relationship Management experience in a reputable corporate bank and at least 10 years of team management experience. You will possess strong risk assessment skill sets along with a good knowledge and background of corporate banking products. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in new customer acquisition. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must. Ability to write in Chinese.
