Main responsibilities

• Formulate business & marketing plans, solicit business opportunities with existing and new potential asset management companies, fund management companies to promote trustee services
• Actualize the marketing and business opportunities to achieve financial KPIs
• Oversee the Trustee operations on daily routine operations, with coverage on Fund Administration, Transfer Agency & Custody functions
• Customize the trustee services to institutional funds
• Engage in client on-boarding and due diligence process
• Work with FIG relationship managers on marketing activities
• Prepare and monitor the financial budget
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above with minimum of 10 years relevant experience
• With good leadership to oversee and manage team members
• Excellent business acumen and knowledge in global custody, trust and fund industry
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
