Attribution Search is currently searching for a Listed Trade Support candidate at an established diversified Hedge Fund.

The fund has a long-standing track record and given its diversified strategy, it has withheld current volatility and continues to attract new inflows.  This twinned with the previous incumbent moving on to the desk has created the hire.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Front to back trade flow from confirmations through to settlement
• Allocations, transfers and commissions
• P&L production and settlement
• Management of trade flow across exchanges including Eurex, ICE and CME

This role will suit a candidate from the sell side supporting the Listed desk who is looking to broaden their experience across the trade flow and gain more exposure to traders.   The right candidate will also be motivated by the opportunity of getting under the hood of all Listed trades and acting as a first port of call for all post execution queries. 

Whilst there is a history of moving previous incumbents on to the desk, this is done in a very subtle way after a good 2-3 years tenure.  The most natural progression will be to rotate to the OTC desk and progress from there, given the candidate an excellent opportunity to become a cross product expert.  

ETD listed derivatives trade support experience is a prerequisite along with strong academics in a STEM degree from a Russel Group university.  The right candidate will also be passionate about continuing their career in Operations/Middle Office over the short to medium term, but motivated by the opportunity to increase their product knowledge, trade flow coverage, contact with the desk and moving closer to the desk in a subtle way over the longer term .
