We trade between ~600 million to 1 billion dollars a day, making markets across 1000 coins using one of the industry's smartest and fastest trading systems. We have a strong history of success through varied market conditions and are excited to add new members to our team.

The role: Quantitative Trader

• Seek out and take advantage of new market opportunities and pricing inefficiencies
• Research and develop market microstructure signals and strategies
• Perform statistical analysis of market data to improve our models and trading bots
• We're looking for candidates with a strong quantitative background who are comfortable thinking in terms of probabilities and expected value
