Cover a wide and varied role of Trust and Company administration of complex trust structures
Work closely with clients and front office bankers on execution of transactions and provision of information and clarification
Ensure efficient administration of Trust mandates in accordance with the trustee policies and procedures
Preparation of trustee documents, distributions, minutes, annual reviews
Working on different cross divisional projects
Familiarity with stock exchange reporting and holding of non-bankable assets and ensure all reporting obligations are met on timely manner.
Work closely with compliance and Trust & Estate Advisory planners on the on-boarding of new businesses.
Meeting with clients and conducting of Trust reviews.
Work closely with external parties such as tax agent, property manager, and investment managers to ensure smooth administration of the Trust mandates.
Regular reviews on existing Trust mandates to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements.
Ensure Trustee fees are collected and paid on a timely manner so as to achieve nil or low overdue debtors.
A minimum of 8-10 years of proven relevant Trust and Company administration experience.
A Degree holder

Client facing experience and the ability to deal with front office requirements
Independent working attitude
Effective bilingual in English and Mandarin in speaking and written as this role will require liaising with Chinese speaking clients and teams globally
Leadership experience a plus
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
