Job Description:

Responsible for Private Equity investment, conduct initial research on target investment opportunities, prepare a feasibility research report, keep track of the updated intelligence of the market and industry, monitor portfolio, etc.

The chance to develop a deep analysis skillset through performing complex pre-IPO valuations, financial modeling, competitive strategy analysis, credit, capital structure, financial returns, and multi-tracked and multi-scenario investment exit analyses

Requirements:

• Good education background
• 1~3 Years of relevant experiences, preferably from a research background but not mandatory
• Relevant experiences from IBD, PE or Corporate advisory will be advantageous
• Strong commercial sense and analytical skills
• Good command of both English and Korean (Korean reading & writing skills is a must)
