Take responsibility in the design and implementation of the system and develop operating procedures

Manage a team in the top tier delivery of solutions via various channels (e-mails, phones, automated-systems)
Lead the design and implementation of targets and service level agreement with top management stakeholders
Identify operational issues and design strategy for process improvement
To qualify, individuals must possess: - Bachelor's Degree - At least 8 years of experience in Retail Banking Operations - Strong track record in managing BAU functions in Payments or Contact Centre - Exposure in Project Management - Excellent communication skills
