This role will give you a superb introduction to the industry, with a very broad range of tasks including:
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Send and collecting external and intercompany confirmations of treasury transactions
Manage the Treasury daily settlements process
Manage the business units weekly cash forecasting process
Distribute intercompany loan statements, resolving any discrepancies
Manage banking mandates and intercompany agreements
System administration including the Treasury Management System (TMS), banking systems, trading platform (360T), the cash reporting tool (IFIT), the confirmation tool (Misys) and any other Treasury systems
Perform analysis and reporting to support the management of treasury operations and risks
Provide cover for trade finance operations
Liaise with banks, other Group Finance members, Group Tax, Company Secretariat and Group Auditors
Support ad-hoc projects involving internal and external stakeholders
In order to apply for the role, you will need to:
Have a strong academic track record
Be studying for, or already hold, a treasury qualification
Previous Treasury experience is an advantage but not essential
Have strong IT skills, particularly in Power Point and Excel
Be analytical and numerical
Be organised with strong attention to detail
Be highly energised with willingness and desire to learn and adapt individually
Promote and encourage teamwork
Be able to work under pressure
