Our client is an offshore magic circle firm, and they are looking for an experienced qualified lawyer and paralegal to join their legal services team.

Your main responsibility will be to offer services related to corporate law to international clients doing business in and from Hong Kong, China and the wider Asia Pacific region on the laws of the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Ireland.

To qualify for an associate, you must have a degree in Law with commonwealth law qualification, PQE4 plus and up with international law firm experience in corporate and M&A law. Candidates without commonwealth qualifications will be considered for a Legal Manager, with promotion to an associate upon obtaining a commonwealth qualification. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese is a must.

To qualify for a paralegal, you must have a degree in Law, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
