Business Associate (Fund Operations)
Location: Central, Hong Kong
Responsible for the daily operations tasks, account management and fund documents maintenance;
Liaise with onshore and offshore trading counter parties, prime brokers and custodians, conduct account opening, trade settlement, manage cash activities;
Liaise with fund administrators and auditors, perform reconciliation and NAV calculation;
Prepare risk reports and support risk management;
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Math/Statistics/Accounting/Finance or related disciplines;
1-3 years working experience in fund operations or fund administration is preferred;
Proficient in Excel, VBA is a plus;
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Cantonese is a plus;
Strong sense of responsibility, a team player, attention to details, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
