Key Areas of Responsibilities
Work with the team and identify attractive investment targets in the Greater China region
Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including industry research, competitive analysis, management team assessment, regulatory trends, financial analysis etc.
Build financial models and valuation analyses on target companies
Manage and work with third party advisors to drive the due diligence process
Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee
Structure and negotiate legal documentations
Support portfolio management on monitoring, analysis, and exits
Master degree holders preferred
At least 2 years of deal experience in the private equity or investment banking; PE transaction experience a plus
Strong research, financial modelling and analytical skills
Understanding of the healthcare market in Greater China
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Mandarin
