Leading weekly summary status calls for key stakeholders and project team
Lead Site Specific Project Calls with Business Stakeholders and IT Resources to coordinate and Track Project Activities for each site
Updating Project Documentations
Discovering Risks/Issues and Highlighting to Global Project/Program Manager and Regional IT Director
Work with Global Project/Program Manager to Mitigate Risks and Resolve Issues
Assist in sourcing and working with 3rd Party Vendors to track and manage equipment orders
Work with Site Leaders/stakeholders to schedule necessary changes to businesses with minimal business disruption
Work with Global IT Team to coordinate changes to network/hosting/client tech for APAC sites and ensuring All existing applications for sites will continue to work after migration
Coordinate with other Global IT or Regional IT Teams as necessary for projects that are impacted by or have dependencies with Site Transition Projects
Ensure successful Site Cutover after transition into Cytiva network
Assist with Managing other Infrastructure-related Projects in Region when needed and capacity allows
IT related degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in Multi-National companies
Strong Project Management Experience, especially in the area of Office Moves and Infrastructure Migrations
Demonstrable ability to manage multiple, parallel projects.
Ability to work independently ; highlight issues proactively and report progress regularly
General Technical experience in client devices, operating systems and applications, desktop management and support tools, networking, voice and server technologies.
Good written and verbal communication skills including presentation at all levels including executive management.
Good personal skills and able to influence and work with various parties including business users, Global or Regional IT people, as well as vendors and partners
Mature and experienced in risk assessment with excellent judgment skills
Good initiatives to resolve project issues or recommend counter-measures to identified issues
Comfortable to work unsociable hours with global IT Team situated in Europe, East and West Coast of US
Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
Travel Flexibility – ability and willingness to travel on fairly short notice if necessary within the region.
