Perform client account opening / maintenance and system parameters maintenance for relevant group companies.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Maintain client account information and settlement instructions, counterparty information and securities information for both front and back office systems.
Ensure changes to clients set up are completed accurately and timely.
Validate the completeness of new account opening application documents before inputting into systems.
Perform regular 'housekeeping' exercises to ensure that the system data are accurate and up-to-date.
Support queries regarding client account status from equity salespersons and clients services.
Escalate queries to immediate supervisor when required.
Diploma in Finance/Business Administration or related discipline(s).
Minimum 1 year experience in the securities/futures industry.
Knowledge in MS Office.
Good communication (English and Chinese) and interpersonal skills.
