Better starts and ends with the customer We'll be looking for you to act as a dedicated point of contact to our customers for specified accounts within a specific product vertical. You'll see client satisfaction paramount and will ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and quality by adhering to Service Level Agreements. You will be an escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders for all operational queries within your portfolio. Using your effective communication and interpersonal skills, you'll engage with customers at client visits confidentially and professionally where you will be expected to present at an operational level as well as take ownership and accountability of any issues; you will be a key facilitator in driving and implementing improvements to overcome any issues.
For this role, you'll need substantial and significant experience of working in a busy client-facing function ideally within the financial services sector. You'll combine a passion for excellence in client service and customer management along with your proven track record for embedding this passion into a team culture. You'll have the ability to lead by example that allows you to stand out in a crowd. You'll need to excel at multitasking and can work in a rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities and be comfortable at delivering results independently and inspiring and leading colleagues to deliver the same.
