Responsible for proactively managing the administrative functions for the Real Estate Acquisitions Team and the Head of Acquisitions.
1. Manage Acquisitions Team processes to effectively communicate key dates for Investor reporting, communications, and other important events that will impact the success and functionality of the Acquisitions team. 2. Partner in Investment Committee Meetings. Create agendas and lead Investment Committee Meetings and maintain a record of action items and meeting notes. 3. Manage meeting coordination and scheduling for Acquisitions Team. 4. Assist with the coordination of travel for the Head of Acquisitions and other senior members of the Acquisitions Team. 5. Manage expense reporting for Head of Acquisitions and other senior members of the Acquisitions Team. 6. Support Head of Acquisitions in administrative functions, such as email and calendar management, meeting preparation, and other ad hoc projects and tasks, as appropriate.
1. Associates degree or equivalent. 2. 3-5 years of relevant experience. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multi-task and work with many different people and management styles. 5. Pro-active thinking and good understanding of how different departments function. 6. Highly organized. 7. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
1. Prior experience working in a Real Estate Investment firm, or similar industry.
