Provide advisory support on procedural issues of retail banking business.
Supporting in various business analytical activities including requirement definition, improving business processes, solution design and recommendation, project planning, UAT, user training and other implementation tasks.
Provide directive/guidance on retail banking operations/compliance issues/procedures.
Minimum 5 years' banking branch management manager experience ( Experience branch operation manager with HKSI also consider)
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Conversant with MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
