Although based in Germany our clients is flexible regarding the location (Munich, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin), or the Netherlands (Amsterdam). You would need to be open to travel once Corona restrictions are lowered; and being willing to travel at least 4 days a week to clients within Europe; sometimes even outside of Europe, e.g. Middle East.
Skills and Experience required:
Min 4-7 years experience with credit-risk-modelling and/or validation within financial services. At least two years need to be within consulting.
Strong academics in quantitative studies. (Please provide certificates and transcripts when submitting your CV)
Must have the ability to manage small projects on his/her own with up to 3 junior consultants.
The candidate needs to be fluent in German. Must be able to produce long texts in German and able to communicate and present to the client in German.
Experience in one of the following programming languages: SAS, R, Matlab, Python etc.
Adapt to new (quantitative) topics quickly and be able to structure complex tasks in a target-oriented way under tight deadlines..
This is a permanent position with the start date asap. The salary will depend on your experience but is competitive to other consulting firms in the market.
