Research driven activities through use of Bloomberg, Social Media, Platforms, Portals & our own developed Artificial Intelligence based Database
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
Initial mapping of contacts and desk
Search specific sourcing assignments
Undertaking telephone and face to face interviews with candidates to assess suitability
Headhunting / direct search - identifying and approaching passive candidates
Lead generation for both candidates and clients
Desired experience and skills:
Bachelor`s Degree (HBO) or Master's Degree (WO)
1 - 3 years experience in a sales environment with a proven track record, prefferably within the recruitment industry
Interest in people, businesses, researching, research in general and/or a sales background with a strong motivation to flourish in the recruitment industry
Affinity with attracting and connecting talent
Strong communication skills, eloquent and articulate in English (written and verbal)
Fluent in English, an additional language as a plus
Preferably based in or around Amsterdam, though not a constraint for the right candidate
Be relentless in your approach
An eye for detail
Have an affinity for building strong client and candidate relationships
